As a CPA that founded and built a successful assurance practice for over 30 years, Brian Price has been in the shoes of Autire’s client base. He’s experienced the time-consuming frustration of performing a 401(k) audit.

In 2017 he’d had enough. Brian broke down the EBP audit step-by-step, identifying all its efficiencies. Next, he partnered with leading IT developers to create and build a better way to audit.

Today Brian continues innovating the process of specialized audits. He also spends time ensuring Autire and the industry at large are up to date with the latest accounting standards by serving as a member of the AICPA’s EBP Audit Quality Center’s Executive Committee.

Devendra Parkar

Chief Technology Officer

Devendra is an accomplished developer and systems architect, adept in all SDLC and project management phases. But more importantly, he is known as an innovator within the SaaS industry. He has been recognized by the industry and his peers for pursuing new product initiatives from concept to market by putting roadmap, architecture, processes, and teams in place. Devendra also has many years of experience managing multi-site development teams in the US, India, and China.

Jennifer Moore CPA, QKA

Jen is responsible for teaching advanced, data-driven auditing techniques to CPA firms throughout the U.S. She contributes daily to the development and enhancement of Autire, an auditing technology that has radically transformed how 401(k) audits are performed. Her focus is primarily on finding new ways to leverage data to reduce the tedious and manual testing historically performed in audits. Prior to moving over to the technology side of the accounting profession, Jen led the 401(k) auditing team at PriceKubecka and helped grow the 401(k) book of business from 16 audits in 2017 to over 300 in 2021. Jen is a frequent AICPA webinar presenter providing training for 401(k) auditors, and she holds credentials in both advanced 401(k) auditing as well as 401(k) administration.

Sonal Fernadez CPA, QKA

Chief Compliance Officer

Sonal leads the compliance team responsible for ensuring Autire meets all AICPA auditing standards to perform a complete and accurate employee benefit plan audit. She is the main author of the quality control materials and facilitates the third-party QCM Examination for the company. She played a key role in the redesign of Autire’s risk assessment and SOC 1 evaluation to create automation for the auditor while still meeting the standards – one of the most impactful updates to the system to date. Sonal also works on the team that writes data-driven testing scripts focused on full population and sample testing at the relevant assertion level.

Sonal has over 15 years of experience auditing 401(k) retirement plans and is widely recognized as a subject matter expert regarding 401(k) audit compliance. She provides ongoing CPE training to CPAs nationwide and frequently teaches the AICPA’’s EBP auditing introduction series. She holds credentials in advanced 401(k) auditing and 401(k) administration. She is also an active member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries, and the National Association of Plan Advisors.

Tammy Roberts CPA

Sales Director

Tammy Roberts serves as the Sales Director at Autire, where she leverages her strong business acumen and creative problem-solving skills to drive growth and foster meaningful client relationships. With three decades of experience in employee benefit plan audits and financial advisory services, Tammy brings deep expertise in 401(k), 403(b), and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) audits. Tammy has also led audit teams, developed training programs, and provided guidance on improving internal controls and business practices. Her current role at Autire focuses on helping firms across the country adopt cutting-edge auditing technology that streamlines processes and enhances compliance with AICPA standards.
